my sun

My minds shattered pieces scattered everywhere

The more I try to piece together the more I bleed

The sharp fragments of what was once there, cutting deep

the mind a guide, and with none I am blind

Yet my soul follows my heart instead

Leaving me open and vulnerable

My heart tugs at the pull of you

Your gravity pulls me in as you are my light, my sun in the darkness

The fragments of my mind scream to stop, but are muffled as my heart is now leading

My sun, a force too strong to be ignored

A force of necessity, a force of power and lust

My love, my sun, my heart follows your light

It is led by your gravitational pull

But the sun burns everything it touches

And your fiery touch, so soft yet so painful

I will let burn me, every inch, until I am gone

You are my sun, my destroyer.
