In My Skin

Location

Looking in the mirror,

my skin leaves a message.

It provides internal and external feelings,

about my life, what it has offered and what is to come.

Living for fifteen years, has shown me a part of who I am.

I'm still me, you're still you and we still are in our own skin.

Through all the pain, sorrow, hurt and joy: I'm still here.

And you are too, we somehow make it through each day.

Some days low, some high.

That's only life, and trust me it'll only get better.

My skin is what I'm in, I couldn't be prouder to say....

GOD made me this way!
