In my mind,
I hear many things,
See many pictures,
Of the future,
Of the past...
They could be good or bad,
They maybe to yourself or another.
But what if your mind works against you,
Like mine does.
My mind tells me many things...
I'm not smart enough,
Not beautiful enough,
Not kind enough,
Not thoughtful enough,
Not good enough...
That is what goes on...
