My Lord

My Lord, My strength, His life he did disperse.

He rose from the rock to banish all sin,

So we may join his brotherly Kin.

Who is this great God of the universe,

Who smites down evilness with holy verse?

Could he be, the all powerful one in

My life, the ruler? My Lord without sin

Scarificed to turn evil reverse.

In God, not in sin we do what we must.

He, leads us away from hell's horror gate,

To bring us to heaven's love warm embrace.

Sometimes, my soul can feel as dry as dust,

But with living water my soul can't hate

And by God's grace, I may go see His face.
