Location
To the kids in Chamba, India:
I see your pictures. I see where you're living. I see how you're living. I see a way to help. I see a way to break your cycle of poverty. I'll get you out of that dirt-covered orphanage. I'll get you out of this poverty that you're facing. I know you've been abandoned, but I will not leave you. I'll think about you everyday.
To my kids in Chamba, India:
I'm working to raise you money. I'm working to write letters to businesses and strangers. I'm working by washing garbage cans and having yard sales. I'm working to give you a better life. I'm working to come see you, to come teach you. I think about you everyday.
To my kids in Chamba, India:
It's coming closer, it's almost here. The day I get to meet you, hold you, and teach you. I've worked for almost a year now, thinking of only you. I'm coming, I promise. I'm on my way. I'm preparing my lessons to teach to you. I think about you everyday.
To my kids in Chamba, India:
I'm here! You've made it all worth it. I love every second I get to spend with you. I would stay here and teach you forever if I could. You're all so smart, how has no one given you a chance yet? I will get you out of this village. I will give you a brighter future if it's the last thing I do. I'm here for you. I love you. I think about you everyday.
To my kids in Chamba, India:
It's over, I'm gone. I wish I could've stayed forever. Poverty is no match for your love. I left my heart in India, I left it in your hands. Please take care of it. Please keep working. Don't give up. You are worth more than anyone I've ever known, you can do anything. I love you. I miss you. I think about you everyday.
