Where you land might not be comfortable
Sometimes the food may not be edible
As your weekend is overextended,
our dream is you will come home in the end.

Protecting us from the world is your responsibility.
What makes you stay is your ability.
Eyes glossed, with water when we hear your voice,
but where you are you defend.

You show us the impossibility.
Through the night you’re our tranquility.
When you’re across the sea you know we depend.
When we ask what you’re doing you say nothing and pretend.

Sometimes I wonder about your flexibility.
To you it’s your capability,
To me it’s the way you help and lend.
To the army it’s your tags end.

Why do you want it? Your sense of responsibility,
or maybe it was your public unity.
To little boys you set a heroes trend,
I believe that it’s circle’s end.

While you’re with your facility,
I hope you know of your acceptability.
When you say good-bye to all your fine friends,
I hope you remember all your dead ends.
