Have you ever cared for us or just your spouse

Full time job and a full time student

When he upsets you forget what it means to be independent

You notice none of my awards grades or my path to success

Instead you lay around focusing on his texts

Your anger changes so fast your a bolt of lighting

Your words hurt all nine of us do you notice when were crying

I can't remember the last time you held me like a daughter

Told me you loved me and said your proud to be my mother

I hug you goodnight and you pat me on my shoulder 

Cherish me now so we have a relationship when were older
