My fault

This actually happened to me
A sweet innocent girl
Who was nothing but a teen
At first he was my friend
I made him my brother
I trusted him
Whole-heartedly
It started with a touch on the leg
Was I supposed to move away
I couldn't move
I looked deep into his eyes
The look in his eyes
Ripped my heart piece by piece
My soul died slowly as I watched him touch me

Inside I was screaming for help
But he warned me not to
I obeyed the masters order
He now had control over my body
It was no longer mine
But his
Defenceless I sit at my desk in class
The teacher talking about who knows what
Could she not see him bothering me
Was I left to battle alone
I knew this was my fault
I rolled my skirt to high
Or maybe bent down to low
I provoked him
Made him do it
This was my fault
I have to live with it
It happened
Because
Of me.
