Mr. Happy-Go-Lucky

Since he has realized, love is idealized, he spreads it all over with pride.

He’ll dance in the rain, he never feels pain, and he lives on the greener side.

He has no problems, my brother is awesome, he keeps everyone entertained.

And after all, after every fall, he knows there’s experience gained.

Since he was born, I could have sworn, the world is a better place.

Since he has grown, all he has known, are smiles on everyone’s face.

But as he grew, he said that he knew, reality wasn’t all bliss.

He understood, if theres bad there is good, and not all is healed with a kiss.

Because he has learned there are people concerned with the problems of every day,

He treasures a rumor that he can use humor to take all their worries away.

Now that he is older he has become bolder and took his place on the stage.

He knew what to do, he came on at his cue, and eased all the viewer’s rage.

He is my salvation, he's great conversation, thinks happiness has no delays.

When I’m feeling down, he turns me around, and reminds me of simpler days.

This little boy is my light and my joy, my best friend from the start.

He has no problems, my brother is awesome, and I love him with all of my heart.
