Moving On

When you've fallen

your arms detach from your body

the only thing that isn't numb is your sore heart

wet fingers caress your cheeks

and soak in your hair

nothing else matters

and everythings distant

you hug this sunken feeling

until you've landed safely at the bottom

now you haven't moved for ages

and John Mayors breaks you again and again
