A Mother's Love

She took care of me when I was sick.

She told me to push harder when I wanted to quit.

She feed me, bed me, and read to me when I was little.

She would beat me when I did wrong and when I was sad, she would sing me a song.

She is one of a kind and my world.

She is who I adore, and who I love to the very core.

She always told me how proud she was and how much she loved me.

And one day she will see.

That her little boy grew up to the man she wanted him to be.
