Mother

Mother

She protects houses nourishes

All forms of life

Yet we do not do the same

We kill

We torture

We laugh at others pain

And deny the pain we cause mother

Mother who birthed us

Who provides for us

Who enables us to exist

We must do better

Work to save her

Be better to her

And each other

For each other is all we have

And mother

Watching over all of us
