To the Mom I Never Met

Dear Mom,

Every morning I wake up

I think about why you gave me up

When I feel full from everything I ate

I feel thankful for the loaded plate

As I learn more in school

I think about how I could be a fool

When I choreograph a dance

I think how I could have been in France

Every night I close my eyes

I dream about you and if I have your eyes

I love you mom,

With all my heart
