Mom
Although I am not the greatest they aspire me to be,
All you just say is to "just be me,"
Even though I sometimes break down and cry,
I would always see you there by my side,
You would always tell me that everything's fine,
Until I realize you've sacrificed your values for the sake of mine,
I would always see you drive to work every day,
Only to receive the smallest, little pay,
But, why does she work so hard from down to her feet?
"Because I love you," she says,
And that's all I need.
