Hercules was just a football player

Wanting to play the game

But his teacher had other things to say

She always gave him homework so he had to stay up late

He’d always finish his work though, man this guy is great

One day the teacher made Hercules stay 

After class where she told him she’d only give him one day

To complete seven essays or he wouldn’t be able to play 

In the homecoming game

Hercules grabbed his bag and walked out of the room

He didn’t know if it was something he could do

Once he got home he immediately locked himself in his room

He vowed he would show his teacher the next day at school

He completed the essays and showed her he was done

Power, strength, and perseverance have finally won

Hercules won the homecoming game for his school

In the final minutes, tied zero to zero

One touchdown turned Hercules from zero to hero
