Missing You Even If You Left Us

I've never had a hance to say hello

I've never even met you

and yet I miss you...

Waiting while wishing you would come

you coming home

will be when pigs fly

Slam

I-hear-the-door

but...

the person I see

it's not you...

it's mom

she never tells me what you were like

You weren't there to teach me how to ride a bike

I found out why you were gone

now...

I know why you left

 I still miss you

No-matter-what-you-did

I-know-why-you

never came-called-wrote

but now that you've passed

I'll never know

know-what-it's-like

to have a dad

 a real one

a blood related one

It-was-my-dream

my-wish

my-hope

that one day I'd find you

now

I have to put it behind

Since this wish..

is now and forever a fairytale
