Mirror By Sunrise
There were candles in her eyes
Floating on clouds of shy dreams,
That made every dusk a surprise
Climbing rivers o' joy, face gleams.
She'd tie me ribbons in vineyard
Of our childhood memories,
Fountains whisper like a reward
My mind brews lasting ceremonies.
Crayons called her to color my castle
Fireflies were longing to rehearse,
Dews bid farewell to every hassle
As oysters saved me from my curse.
Days flew by watering the watchtower
Tea leaves glittered moon on her ice
Cuddling an aroma so spectacular
My sister was a mirror by sunrise.
