Mind Control

Location

Enough's enough.

More like enough never came.

A home filled with hate and friends fueled with envy.

What's it even mean to contain jealousy?

We all want something another has and yet we let it torture us, not knowing that it woud've passed.

The world is confused and backed up with animosity. We have people pretending like "yeah bruh, that don't even bother me".

Who are they to judge us, acting as though they don't have flaws, walking around like they've got the cleanest drawers.

We always hear the apple don't don't fall too far from the tree, what about when that tree gets cut down and now its lost in misery because it's closer to the ground .

"Get back up". Its easier said than done, especially between falls when you have no one at all.

But when another needs help, you always come to call.

Its funny how the situation changes but when it was you, friends were viewed as strangers.

"I've been here all along" is what you really wanna hear, not knowing she hasn't been your friend all year.

Now you mad and just tryna make it out. Every now and again there comes a pout.

You hear a voice tell you, you're gonna go all the way. So what I'm gonna do is keep looking up and to God I'll pray.

But there was a time when I felt God wasn't there, not acknowledging that he swept away EVERY tear. Its a never ending battle this thing called life...

Pushing you down and then standing you up.

Hold your head high during the days you wanna cry, pretend everything's okay and soon it'll be that way because misery loves company is a true statement. It grabs you in its arms, spitting you out harmed and alarmed, out of control, head spinning in circles, eyes wandering, thoughts rambling, mind blowing and then it STOPS...and suddenly you got it all on lock.

See it's funny, this thing called life.
