Middle Road in Midle Earth

Sun, 03/30/2014 - 18:45 -- Ben Ray

Part I: An observation on the accuracy of some Hobbits

The road goes ever on and on
(Good old Tolkien, always right)
And I listen to its trail-song
As it winds its way out of sight.

Part II: An admittance on the discrepancies of some Dwarves

I know of no misty mountains cold
No caverns either, which is a bit rotten
And I haven’t heard of any gold
(Though perhaps it’s just been long-forgotten).
