Men and Monsters (Inspired by The Hunchback Of Notre Dame)

Walking in the night
thinking about how to survive this place.
We're scared of monsters,
but worse we're scared of each other.
Haunted by everyone and every face,
The monster in your dreams
isn't as scary as your brother.
Even when we feed we're still a little bit hungry.
All these people here and we're all still lonely.
The beasts we feared are what we became.
Really men and monsters are the same.
We all want a bite of the bigger part,
our instinct from the start.
We used to call it gore but now it's known as art.
Even when we feed we're still a little bit hungry.
All these people here and we're all still lonely.
The beasts we feared are what we became.
Really men and monsters are the same.
