When life seems to be passing by
I new I couldn't let my memories fly
The beautiful sparkling water, the green trees, the views
The pains in this life, the trials, the hard times, the times of pure determination
The tiny little details, the jokes, the laughter, the forgiving, the loving, the smiling
The moments of faith, truth, let down, and hope
I couldn't just let that all pass by
My story would be written
My story would be told
And my story will be heard
But most importantly, my story will be remembered
It will never be a forgotten memory
All the moments of this life will always be more than just a forgotten memory
It will be written
