Memories

So many memories,

Good ones,

Mainly bad,

Lurking around the corner,

Waiting to spot me and fill me with misery.

The memories are like car chases or a innocent by stander chosen for a beating.

Chasing you, beating you down till finally,

CRASH,

You're a broken shattered car, or sitting in the hospital,

barely alive, hanging on that last thread of existence.

Then, theres a shining light,

A sparkle of hope blinds yours eyes,

This is it, this is your chance at happiness,

Go towards the light,

Live in the world not your head,

Stop running and hiding,

Go and find your future.
