Measuring Cup

Thu, 02/26/2015 - 01:46 -- Em-Em

With all the cups you gave,

I tried to measure love,

 And its entire stake.

Because of Love,

I lied and said-

That the cup was filled.

And not a drop has failed.

But as You looked deeper into the cup,

I cried in pain

It was not filled with Love.

Only with pure evil hate.

And at once you knew,

All the lies that was untrue.

And so you left.

And it remained –

            The cup of dread
