Is love a word that you say when you care deeply about someone

Care about them so deeply to show them their the only one

Or is it just them 20 mintutes that your deeply inside that it feels like love

And when the sun comes up, out the window it is shove

 

Is love something that lasts for eternity

Does love make your life become filled with a spirit of modernity

Or is it that love can last for a short moment only

And when love have decided to leave, is it ok for your heart to be left lonely

 

When you say the words "I love you", does that mean you will never lie

And without the one you love in your life, your soul will die

Or is love something that can be said simply by you not telling the truth

Like a grown man still trying to live in his youth

 

Isnt love something that is meant to last forever

No matter what change there is in the weather

Or can you love someone one day and the the next

And decide the day you dont, when your life becomes too complex

 

Does love mean that you will never let harm come their way

And every night, wrap them tightly in your arms as you lay

Or is it ok for you to put your hands on them in the P.M

But its ok, because thats your way of showing that you love them

 

I believe that love is something that cant be taken away

And when you truely love someone it doesnt leave

It continues to get stronger and stronger everyday

Love isnt a choice, its something in your soul that just feels right

And is to be shared with the person that is going to love you back for the rest

of your life, everyday and night.
