Me, Myself, and I

I am someone who is happy with myself.
I don't care what others think.
Why should I?
Why should anyone care what anyone thinks about them?
The short answer: they shouldn't.
That doesn't mean I don't like to get dressed up and pretty myself sometimes.
I don't do it for people though,
I do it for me,
So I can say, "Dang, I look good."
I used to see how Demi would do her makeup
And what the latest styles were in vogue magazine.
“What’s the cool thing in right now?
Are people still saying lol? Omg?”
It doesn’t matter what others are doing, wearing, saying, or anything.
The only thing that should matter to you is you.
I can finally relax.
I don’t have to worry about judgmental people
Because what I have realized in the past seventeen and a half years of my life,
Is that everyone is judgmental, you just have to not care about their opinions.
Only if they are trying to help, you should listen.
Constructive criticism can be useful.
Mean comments are not.
I am someone who is filled with smiles and laughter.
I love my family, friends, and most importantly God.
I have goals in life and dreams I chase after.
Whenever I hit the rock bottom of rock bottom,
I use optimism to aid with my problems.
Life is but a mile long, eternity is forever.
That’s why I don’t let people get me down whatsoever.
