Matters In Life

Location

Life is nothing more than a tune lost in the wind

We all strive to hear it as if deafness never existed

Exquisidly I believe we live in an age where sobriety is lost

And poverty is the cost

Of the rich to live silently

Avoiding fiery wars with monsters

Violently hindering the less fortunates will to succeed

They feed as if thier sharks

Killing off all other breads

Personally what matters to me in life is opperunity

The will to expand

Or to persue success

As if the american dream was still as achievable

As a woman buying a new dress

Depressed and stressed

To where it to her funeral in the fall

Most people Live life persueing nothing at all

But for me the most important thing in my life

Is the will to find the light

In the darkest of nights

Ive told to many soles

I wont bow down to defeat

And Ive worked to many hours

Cashing checks just to eat

And in the streets

Poetry is not considered a life boat

I guess even angels can fall to the right note

On earth or lost in space thats whats what important to me

The will to succeed and be internally free
