The Man with the Red Balloon

There was a man with a red balloon

The balloon was something much more

And him with the balloon would make all the others swoon

He never let the balloon come indoor

Only you could tell that he was ever so lonely

Despite the gathering of the public’s attention

He did not care because he didn’t have his one and only

With everything that had happened he had too much tension

It showed when he got aggravated

Refusing to speak, or even look them in the eye

He definitely stopped being animated

All he could ever do was look up in the big blue sky

He was too busy being tied down to his worries

No one ever knew what went on in the red balloon’s journeys
