Maidens Afar

Ceaseless lines of maidens enthralled by me
Their love draped as a heavy wool blanket
Suffocating, choking, can’t stand to be
Beneath the wool, leading to my casket.

Stretched over and over, gasping for breath
Pulling at limbs in every direction
Gasping for a way out, other than death
Blanket full of unwanted affection

But the choking disappears at your sight
Let maiden’s fall and we live together
With strength to breathe when were reunited
For your love will keep light as a feather

Be with me and let our love now begin
So long as it stays alive within
