A lust for Blood, a lust for love.
A need for peace; for all wars to end.
The human blood, of such sweet scent.
Why, oh why must the scent linger in the air?
We all know what has taken place.

Why can't we face the facts?
Humans and animals of all types, need NO man's bloodshed, nor tears...
Why must this damned earth be so full of hatred and violence?
This earth is was once sacred ground.
Where so many wars have been battled.
So many people have died, and so much of man's blood has been shed
Wasted...

Wars.
They don't help the needing, they only destroy and kill...
Wars.
They only cause more bloodshed;
More pain, more agony.

More blood to fall onto what was once sacred ground.
