Low Blood Pressure

My blood bristles.

The fever is crisp

like wine, through my veins.

The pressure illuminates my remains

I stir with tenacity.

I sense your lustful presence

My blood pressure rises,

then falls−

flung into despair

by the arrow of your rejection.
