As I lay here

Staring at my husband

Wondering what is on his mind

 As he slowly

Turns his head and stares at me

In his eyes love is all I see

As I lay on his chest

Listening to his heart beats

I know its for me and only me

Laying here pondering my thoughts

As he tells me how I’m his dream

Were all in regret
