Love Like A River

Location

Rivers meet,
Rivers leave,
Never know where one might lead.
Back and forth, never sure,
Like relationships, never pure.
Fights and spats,
Imagine that.
No one's perfect,
But yet they're worth it.
You don't know why,
But yet you cry
For the one you love,
Through the push and shove.
We pray everyday for the one we love.
Through thick and thin,
We may not win.
But yet we always get back up again.
Like a river, calm and silent,
But hardly ever always quiet.
Rapids, rocks, and little things,
That split it up now and again.
For this we know how love is,
To be the way it has always been.
