Lost Romance

This romance was oh so strong.
And now it’s completely gone.
A romantic that won’t leave my mind,
A bonded love that is hard to find.

I sit in my room waiting for you.
As I sit I think “oh what to do”
I stare at my phone waiting for the call,
The one that will make me fall.

I wonder what this life has become,
What happened to make me so numb?
A lone broken tear falls from an eye.
For some reason I just want to die.

There was the call and I fell to my knees.
He doesn’t understand what a girl needs.
Many broken tears now fall from my eyes,
I always hated goodbyes.

I hung up and threw the phone down.
Then I crumbled to a lonely mound.
What did I do to deserve this?
All I wanted was my first kiss.
