Look at the LORD, you Children of God

Look at the world,

You sinner,

Look at the world.

What do you see,

You sinner,

What do you see?

I see a family mourning

The loss of a friend.

I see a murd'rer hung for his crimes.

I see a country starving,

Children dying,

Families ripped apart.

I see hate.

Where is Thy love,

Dear LORD,

Where is Thy love?

Look at the flow'r,

You sinner,

Look at the flow'r.

Look at the babe,

you sinner,

Look at the babe.

Look at the birds,

You sinner,

Look at the birds.

Look at Me,

My child,

Look at Me.

Here is My love,

My child,

Here in My arms.

Look at thy Father,

My child,

Look at Me.

Look at the LORD,

Dear children of God,

Look at the LORD.

His love is still here,

Though tainted by sin

To our human eyes,

His love is still pure and true.
