"Long Live my Father"

    Long live my Father

Who is the wisdom in life's eye

Who upon his shoulders rest

Who is never willing to die

    Long live my Father

Who upon a chariot was born

Who is the teacher of renaissance

Who upon mundanity will never mourn

    Long live my Father

Who is the steady hand among fell beasts

Who upon a humble throne sits

Who is the artist behind great feasts

    Long live my Father

Who upon life's high note singeth

Who is the king in peasant's guise

Who upon hard times a plenty bringeth

    Long live my Father

Who is the wind in my sails

Who upon wretched years has continued to climb

Who is the Love that never fails
