Lonely Path

I walk a lonely path
I bet you didn't think about the aftermath
I am so cold inside
In the darkness I wish to hide
No love, no pain
No tears for my eyes to rain
Maybe this abandonment
Was neccessary for enlightenment
That I'll never love another soul
And my heart will never be whole
This is the most difficult task
To walk away or to ask
Is there hope?
Or is this just a dowhill slope?
The bright sun sets
And the darkness starts it's threats
It surrounds me
I have no will to plea
Part of me wants to darkness
To consume me in sadness
Because without you
I don't know what to do
So I walk in isolation
Down the path of deterioration
