Lock Down

Tue, 12/17/2019 - 22:36 -- Alesau

Doors shut.

Lights off.

Don't make contact.

Don't make sound.

Don ́t scream when you hear it go off.

The light flickers red.

The doors are locked.

My teacher has a bat,

My classmate has scissors,

My parents have their prayers,

There is acceptance to the situation.

Another school shooting is going to happen.

It could have been avoided.

How many more until it will be?

The flicker stops,

He made it in.
