that little voice in the eye of the storm

Raw Emotions
can
spill
onto a page
without making a
sound
Which brings the greatest sense of freedom (I’ll ever allow)
‘Cause some things should
Never
be spoken (aloud)
sometimes one’s thoughts should be
kept to one’s self
cause in a world full of nasty new things
in which nobody changes
there are some wounds
no one else should ever see.
So what do you do
When there’s nothing but silence?
What do you do
When speaking has only hurt (everybody)?
I sit and I write
quietly
softly
To
No one in particular
But me.
Finally at peace
In the chaos around
me
