The Life of an Average Teenager

Location

Others talk, whisper, and even push me for the way I look, act, and dress

I just shake it off and act like my life isn't a big mess

My mom and dad fight almost every night

It really gets to me, because I know the way he treats her, and beats her, just isn't right...

I dont know what to do, I am afraid that if I call the cops, my dad might beat me too

I am just gonna keep waking up every day and go through the motions of life

Maybe one day...one day I will be free from this misery

Free to be myself...free to live peacefully and happily.
