Time passes,

Memories are made, 

Seasons change,

Feelings shift,

Friendships evolve,

Life goes by quick,

Yet ever so slow,

Like a snail,

Feelings fade,

Friendships not as strong,

Feelings not as true,

As they used to be,

Seasons not as bright,

And nice like we are used to,

Life being dull,

But never boring,

Stressful,

But worth it,

Fulfilling,

But lonely,

It gets lonely sometimes,

When you have to stand, 

In a big, broad, scary field called life.
