Life

Life is a flower

So sweet, aground

Yet breakable and beautiful

As there is to be found

Life is a bird

With wings that soar

Through the clouds

Up, up, evermore

Life is a snake

Venomous, quick

Danger at every turn

Can kill with one lick

Life is the wind itself

Flitting through the grass

Swift, ever-changing

Down a mountain pass

Life is the waves

Caressing the sand

Or crashing on the beach

Diminishing the land

Life is nature

It takes its course

A path starting at birth

Where you are the source
