Life

Life is listening to a song on repeat until it's melody is agony in your ears

Life is stubbing your toe on coffee tables

it enraging you to a point that tables never should

Life is watching horrible movies

LIfe is then rewatching them

cause you just can't help it sometimes

Life is crying to the sad things

And laughing at happy ones

And crying to the happy ones

And laughing at the sad ones

Life can be confusing

Life is an infinite combination of reactions to the way the world works

But life is also staring into your lovers eyes

Life is the first look at something you adore

Something beautiful

No matter what it may be

Life is smells that remind you of home

Life is the place you felt the least alone

Life is your childhood bedroom

And the comfort it provides

No matter how torn and worn the mattress may

Life is safe

Yet Life is the exact opposite of safe

Life is not only beautiful nor mesmerizing

But delirious, deplorable, and daunting

Yet we still strive for meaning

A meaning to this concept of which there is no meaning

And my meaning is this

No matter how much suffering you may feel deep in your bones

There is always a inch of beauty somewhere

Behind some corner

Some person

Something

Somewhere in sometime you will not care that the songs on repeat

So Live life as a butterfly

Who shall never die for you will always

Be here

Be now

Be present

In one way or next

For you are not just beautiful

But everlasting
