LIES

I can sell you lies

I walked within the grid with pleasure

I grew bored of being an offender

I watched the stormy waters as blood trickled down my face,

I sang the song of the mockingbirds as time joined with space

I sank down the drain in the middle of the ocean

I sipped upon the deadliest potion

The pyramids sprung up and danced with me

Anyone Anyone that you meet—

Will tell you the tale.

Of how I sold them lies

And came out a better person.
