Liar, Liar

Location

Liar, liar

My soul's on fire

My passion for you is turning to ash

I showed you my soul
I saw you look
But now I know you didn't see

Liar, liar
My heart's been sliced with a wire
Your keen words have done the trick.

I told you my heart was fragile,
You said you knew
But now I know you know nothing at all.

Liar, liar
My mind is tired
It wants to feel nothing for you and be done.

I thought I was strong enough to move on,
I thought that maybe I could hate you
But you captivate me still, and I can't put out the flames.
