Leave it all in the Bathroom Mirror.

Location

The hours she spends to be perfect,

the hours tries to cover her flaws.

She cannot see the beauty within,

she only sees the ugly outside.

If only she could leave the quarrel;

just disappear into thin air.

Leave it all in the bathroom mirror.

Leave the tears,

the scars,

the hurtful words; out of reach.

Bury them deep within those four walls.

She wants to run away,

hide from all the flaws only she sees.

Leave it all in the bathroom mirror.

Tear away from the monsters lurking,

waiting to tear her apart.

If only she could leave it all,

all the pain; the lies that mirror tells her. . .

And live by only leaving it all in the bathroom mirror.
