La Serpentina

La Serpentina

Charms the men

Who circle around her

With her dance and her tamborine

But little do they know

That the tamborine has

Hypnotize them into a trance

And led them into her snare

With her snake eyes

She swirls around

Raps around their necks

To the sound of the flute

They feel their necks

Melting from her fire

Yet they have been stunned

By her enticing fruit

As she possesses them

With her wine-shaped

Naked body

They are kissed, believing in

The religion of Love, but duped

By the demon they worshipped

Called Lust, who wore the mask

Of Love, dissolving them

Her poison from her smooth kiss

Dissolves their bodies like acid

Into mere skulls

She keeps as prized trophies
