Just a Puppet

In this world, you were

the innocent victim

Needing your

dear prince’s help

whenever your in

danger

Well, to me,

you are just a puppet.

You always think

yourself as

a simple human girl

trying to find

love, sense of

belonging and identity

You and I

both know that

isn’t always true.

I know who you

really are

Your secrets can

never hide from me

no matter how

hard a wall of

steel is

I can hear

your mind whispering

right now.

All of those

doubts, the fears

lurking within

you and tension

building up inside

shows me

 the dark side

of you.

Temptation is just

the beginning

Power is what gives

you strength

Lust fills you

up in passion

Wrath helps

you defeat an

enemy.

So you see,

you and I are not

so different

Once I show you

the ways, you’ll

understand

To me, you

are a copy of

a bright past

before everything

was gone.

You are just a

reflection of

myself

Just a pawn

caught in

a deadly game

You are only a

faint shadow

of light soon

to be overcome by

darkness.

Now, as you

suffer in that prison

cell, I will gladly

enjoy every

minute of your

pain and misery

Knowing everyone

will not even

visit you nor free

you from

being a puppet.
