just i, no Phony

Sunset walk,

exercise minus

a pricey and flashy gym membership,

doing yoga postures with my arms.

No iPhone,

no iPad,

no iPod,

just i - no Phony.

Well, an "ancient" flip-phone

just as out of style

as my flip-flops

bought on sale at a drugstore.

Tye-dye shirt,

shredding cordoruoy shorts,

frizzy hair up in a messy bun,

the morning's make-up long gone.

Pulling out the flip-phone,

just to call "Mama", "Bella" I call her

(for a selfie?......

naaaaah thanks).

My flip-flops a' floppin',

breaths of fresh air, eyes to the sunset.

No iPs times 3,

just i - no Phony.
