To J.M., who saved me.

You're the kind of soul that I could wait for
You're the sort of love I'd love the most
You're the thing that keeps my heart from failing
You're the answered prayer that gives me hope

You're the definition of my gladness
You're what's got me coming home again
You're my favorite nighttime conversation
You are the beginning to my end

You are every answer to my wonderings
You're the constant on my shifting sea
You're the love that I had given up on
You're what makes me be all I can be

Now I'm alone, but I'm not alone
For in your heart tonight, I'm home
And if I could say what I want to say
I think at home I'd ever stay
Now I'm alone, but I'm not alone
This song will bring me quickly home
So listen closely, hear me say
Your heart's my home, in you I'll stay

you break it a little it was You're before, typo?

Home is used a lot in the last one, so the purposes ebbs off a bit, however this is a good poem, lots of emotion.
