It's Cool To Die Young

Sex, drugs, rock and roll,

that's all fun till it takes its toll.

Leather, lace, weed and coke.

Life is irony, a long, bad joke.

Life is right, life is wrong.

You're normal if you don't belong.

We light a fire and sing a song.

We all say it's cool to die young.

You're most alive closest to death.

You're most alive at your last breath.

We're already dead, just in a fantasy.

Die a hero or crawl to insanity.

Life is right, life is wrong.

You're normal if you don't belong.

We light a fire and sing a song.

We all say it's cool to die young.

We're captured souls in captivity.

We're chained to a fantasy.

New generation, the old had the same song.

It seems so right because it's wrong.

This revolution still hasn’t come along.

Life is right, life is wrong.

You're normal if you don't belong.

We light a fire and sing a song.

We all say it's cool to die young.
